Today is National Wear Red Day.
Wearing red today shows support towards the efforts to fund breakthrough research and education by the American Heart Association on women and heart disease. This small gesture of wearing the color red raises awareness heart disease in women and when you make people more aware of a need for a cure and a lack of funding makes it possible for more people to help the American Heart Association raise the funds needed for lifesaving educational programs and the development of new treatments to fight heart disease. So what color are you wearing today? I'm wearing read from head to toe
